Migrate to Webflow in 3 Weeks: Full Sprint Guide

If you're stuck with a clunky WordPress site that’s hard to update, slow to load, and costly to maintain, there’s a better way, and it doesn’t require months of back-and-forth or hiring another dev team. At Broworks, we’ve developed a 3-week Website Migration Sprint that moves your site from WordPress (or any other CMS) to Webflow fully redesigned, SEO-ready, and live with full ownership and no developer dependency.
Here’s exactly how it works.
What Is a Website Migration Sprint?
Our Website Migration Sprint is a 3-week, done-for-you service designed to take your existing website, redesign it for better UX and conversions, and launch it on Webflow with everything built, migrated, and optimized in just 15 business days.
We’ve stripped away unnecessary overhead, added structure where it matters, and involved clients directly at key checkpoints. The result? Faster launches, stronger alignment, and less risk of missed expectations.
Week 1: UX Strategy & Structure
The first week is all about getting the foundation right. No visuals yet, this is where we solve the real business challenges behind your website and make sure the architecture is rock-solid before we design or build anything.
Day 1: Kickoff & Discovery
We host a collaborative onboarding call with your team and ours. Together, we dig into:
- Your business goals
- Target audiences
- Competitors
- What’s not working on your current site
- Metrics you care about
Day 2: User Personas & Journey Mapping
Based on your inputs, we map out user personas and journey flows. These help us define the key actions we want users to take and what kind of structure will guide them there.
Day 3: Sitemap Strategy
We draft the new sitemap internally, then review it with you. This is where we simplify page structure, identify high-value URLs, and make sure we’re optimizing for both users and SEO.
Day 4: Wireframes That Align With Goals
Our UX team creates low-fidelity wireframes for the most important pages. We walk through them together and adjust anything that doesn’t align with your objectives.
Day 5: Wireframe Refinement & Content Mapping
We finalize page structure and layer in content notes what goes where, what copy needs to be rewritten, and what can be reused or migrated. This wraps Week 1 with a clear blueprint.
Week 2: Visual Design & Direction
Now that we know what to build, it’s time to make it come alive.
Monday: Art Direction Exploration
We design 2–3 visual directions for your new homepage. These reflect your brand, audience, and business model, but with a focus on conversion-first design. You choose the direction that clicks, or we refine until we land it.
Tuesday: Finalize & Lock the Direction
If tweaks are needed, we make them fast. Once approved, this direction becomes the foundation for the rest of the site.
Midweek: Full Page Designs + Responsiveness
We expand the chosen design system to all key pages desktop, tablet, and mobile. At the same time, we build a style guide to ensure design consistency now and in the future.
By the end of Week 2, your new site is fully designed and approved, ready to move into development.
Week 3: Build, Migrate, Launch
This is where everything comes together, fast.
Webflow Development & Buildout
We import all approved designs into Webflow and develop responsive pages using semantic structure and clean class naming.
SEO Setup & Content Migration
We follow a URL migration plan that we built earlier in the sprint:
- Implementing 301 redirects
- Preserving page-level SEO data (titles, metas, etc.)
- Migrating high-performing blog posts
- Replacing plugins with native features or integrations
Integrations & Tech Stack Setup
Need HubSpot? Clay? Zapier? We connect all essential marketing and automation tools, test them, and document them.
Explore our Webflow + HubSpot and Webflow + Clay integrations for real examples.
Launch + Webflow Training
Once everything is QA’d and approved, we launch the site and send you a recorded training (1-hour) showing your team how to edit, update, and manage the site without touching code.
Post-Launch Support
For 15–30 days after launch, we provide reactive support to help with any bugs, connection issues, or unexpected behavior. We don’t charge retainers or force maintenance packages, our goal is to hand off a site you can run yourself.
If you want continued updates, we can set up an ongoing plan, but it’s completely optional.
What You Get by the End
By the end of the 3-week sprint, you get:
- A fast, responsive, SEO-optimized Webflow site
- A clean CMS structure your team can update easily
- Full design ownership (no lock-in)
- No plugin nightmares or security risks
- Integrated tools and automations that actually work
- A trained marketing team that can run the site
